Lethargy and motivation

commandercool [Edit] [Delete] 10:44, 12 January '07

The past few mornings I have laid around in my bed after waking up, posting here and the like.

It's no coincidence that, whilst I want to achieve lots on a given day (ie. get a job, write music etc...), when I spend the morning doing shit all I end up feeling like Jabba the Hutt and do nothing for the rest of the day, leaving me feeling frustrated and pissed off that I haven't acheived anything.

Today I've got up and I'm about to go for a walk to try and feel more energetic about doing productive stuff this afternoon.

Can anyone identify with this? Are you a generally motivated person or do you need to force yourself to acheive even the smallest of tasks, no matter how much you want what they will give you?
