I was thinking the other day that since I've been working in the 'Smoke' I've not come across too many of the type of person who is 'doing this but I could have been a trombonist in the Fun Boy 3/directed Raging Bull but lost my bus fare on the way to the studio/played bass in the Soup dragons but the aution clashed with Pie In The Sky being on telly etc'.

However, I have worked with people who still dress in the sort of clothes that people thought were 'cool' in bands about 15 years ago and now work in post rooms at the age of 46 and just mock anyone who's doing what they did before they lost the will to live. I suppose this is the same without thinking about Les McQueen too much. Oh cruel satirical world mirroring the simple truth!

I'm sure there must be thousands of people like this beetling around carrying the weight of their disappointment and encroaching bitterness around like a cancerous lump. Anyone work with anyone like this?
