my first bike ride in 7.36 years, has coincided with my first london roads bike ride! one word for it:

TREACHEROUS!

how do you people do it every day and bot die? i did however remember one thing about cycling:

I AM AMAZING AT IT!

i used the lights, hand signals, went down past the canal (without putting my foot on the floor once) and even had time to stick in one of those front brake/back wheel wheelies up the kerb!
