slightly long shout i know

but does anyone know in flash how i get it so when a button is clicked/hit it stays in that state? What I want is a button with 'Show' on it which when clicked changes to Housed Scotia Mould and stays that way.
Then i have an overall reset button too

I think I'm being thick. THANKS!
