When we all moved in together we figured that it would be cheaper, easier and simpler if we shopped, cooked and washed up as a team.

six months on it seems that this isn't working with 2 (and an almost third) of the five people who are more than happy to do nothing until someone else does it all for them.

how can this be solved? what should i be saying?
