Today I think we're going to see a continued area of low pressure hanging over the UK TV schedule which may result in a high proportion of films starring Matthew Broderick. There's a strong likelihood of the band of soap opera Christmas specials continuing into the week, each splattered with dramatic family revelations and we'll probably see at least one house fire. Increased instances of 'classic' comedy re-runs continue to spread, but we will see a smattering of one off reprisals in the coming week.

All in all, it's going to be pretty grim indoors all week, so I'd suggest you wrap up warm and go and sit in the garden.
