Today at work, thanks to some amazing colleague of mine completely ignoring health and safety (I have no clue as to which one), I sliced open my left hand from wrist to middle finger, and now have 17 stitches.
Basically, someone had left a toilet cistern that was smashed in a box, despite knowing it was smashed.
While I cannot argue with the quality of the NHS, who fixed me up and had me on my way home in under an hour, I am in the mood for an argument with someone who is responsible for this, as it has stopped me playing guitar, bass and keys for the best part of 3 months.
This has left me feeling very angry, and slightly litigious. I have grounds for the former, but would anyone know whether I have grounds for the latter?

Also, to add a nice spin, I would like to hear everyone's work related injuries and a rating out of ten.

Mine would be 7/10, I think.
