they apparently rang my flatmates mobile, asked to speak to me - they wouldn't speak to her as it was 'a personal matter'

now, our council tax is up to date... well, i've to ring and pay today but, day ain't over yet.

why would they ring me? but, not ring me and ring my flatmate and not speak to her?

i'm scared :(
