Used the Allen Carr book and I am not onto Day 7 - it is fucking easy! I smoked for about ten years. I am having dreams of brain scans and stuff so there is a slight worry that I have been brainwashed but y'know, no cancer so..

Seriously. Has anyone else used the Carr book to give up? It is really fucking incredible. It really, really, really seems that he has spun the idea of a cigarette in my mind as something stupid and daft.
