If you could only have one cheese forever which would you pick?

I've got cheese cravings at the moment, ate half a slab of brie drunkenly last night and I've just had a goats cheese bagel... Can't decide which is my favourite, I think I like goats cheese flavour better but brie is more versatile.. hmmm

Or maybe you'd have to go for a classic cheddar coz you can great it n stuff..
