Can people just join the Circus nowadays or is it all kept in the family?

Some people may not be particularly good academically but might be amazing at spinning plates or falling over. Now the Generation Game has finished, the Circus is their only option. How do you go about joining?

Zippo's Circus were on Clissold Park the other day, I saw the poster and I'd never take my children near Zippo. Plus it's the name of a lighter. That's not a good impression to give children is it?
