on their website, this is free. FREE. to me, a customer who has been with them on contract for a year, and with O2 for three years... i HAVE TO PAY 80 FUCKING POUNDS!!!!! like, what?!?!!?!

so, i said - 'right. so if i cancel my contract, and start a new one, i can have the phone for free?'
