I just phoned Three to complain about my crappy broken handset, the line has disconnected three times and I'm phoning from a sodding landline!! I've sent them an email instead and the automated reply tells me I'd be better off calling them coz they don't get back to emails within a week.

When you do call them, it's someone in the depths of india wasting valuable working call time if you've got it charged up and tried switching it off and on again.... arrgh.
