first of all, can yellow, green or red peppers go off? i bought 3 from morrisons about 3 weeks ago and it said 'please display until 14th july'..and i used the last of them last night in a tuna pasta bake? they certainly looked ok

also, the green peppers you get in kebabs....the ones that taste quite sour/hot with the stems on them. I bought a jar of them from a deli in cardiff....are they good for you, or is it something thats not so good for you??
