Just a little thing...

I first heard a live version of this song, and I absolutely adored it. But I've got the album, and its completely different. When I first heard it, it had no 'I tell you want you'll get...' or anything, and was just basically verses with bits of variation here and there.

Does anyone know about this? I prefer the live one I heard. Is it likely its recorded from an old gig and they changed the song for the record? Has anyone heard it?
