Where the hell can I find 'Intelligence'? Before the 'funny' ones say "try harder at school.", I mean the Trail of Dead song.

I've heard it on the internet and I'm obsessed with it. Am I right in thinking, after searching Amazon, its not on any CD?? If this is true, why!? If not, which CD is it on?
