A technical/boring question about bandcamp download codes for artists/labels.

GayGuevara [Edit] [Delete] 11:56, 23 September '14

I'm just trying to sort out download codes for three releases I have coming up on my label (i'll start a separate thread to spam them later).

I want to get 100 download codes per release. You only get 200 credits free, so I purchased a 300 more (500 in total).

I used my first/free 200 credits to generate codes for two of the releases. If you go into the 'tools' menu and to the 'track/album codes' section where you generate the codes it now says in red text 'you have zero download codes remaining' and won't let me generate any further codes for the third release. However, if I scroll down to the bottom of the page to the 'Download Credits' section it says I have 500 remaining.

Does this make sense?! How can I access the extra codes I paid for? Am I limited to the amount of downloads I can offer at any one time because I don't have a pro account?

Any help appreciated!
