Been wrestling with a bit recently after trying (and succeeding) to get back into GYBE in advance of seeing them at Primavera.

What does everyone think of it? The more I listen the more i think it contains some of their best music, particularly Redeemer, but the production is what kills it. It sounds absolutely dreadful. Lift your skinny fists... has the perfect sound, as do its predecessors, so no idea why they changed it. It just sounds like everything is mixed to the same level and covered in dust.

If it could be re-mixed and remastered then it might end up being my favourite GYBE album.
