I have little to no care for most multi venue festivals in the city. Simple Things gets an exception for everything being close together, but Brighton is too vast to run around catching things all day.

But I do really like The Alternative Escape - the totally free shows that run alongside it. And most years, this lineup is far stronger/more fun than the paid shows. Anyway, their lineups were all released today. The Pav Tav looks strong both days and I'll try and make one of the AKDK shows. The Faux Discx/Italian Beach Babes show looks lovely too.
