I want to categorise all my albums on Amazon Cloud Player into genres, so I can I shuffle/search by genre. Has anyone else done this, and if so, what genres do you suggest? I've about 1000 albums on there so far, so ideally I'd have about 30 genres with 30ish albums in each.

Ideally, I'd be able to place a single album into multiple genres, but this doesn't appear possible. So each album can only have one genre. The default genres don't work. Etta James and Herbie Hancock both appear in jazz, but they're completely different and I never feel like listening to both at the same time.

I know people do this with their physical records, but I've only ever put my physical records in alphabetical order. This works fine for records on shelves where it's quick to search, but searching 1000 records on an ipod in alphabetical order is a nightmare - hence the need to get more organised.

Any advice appreciated.
