Slumber-pop - music a bit like Broadcast, Stereolab, Au Revoir Simone

sean [Edit] [Delete] 10:54, 26 September '13

You know, the stuff that isn't that 'chillwave' bollox. Things which sway and crackle and swoop. Music that drifts and spirals, and is a bit psychedelic but isn't really psychedelia. Music that feels like that moment before you know if you're awake or still asleep. Things that feel like that moment of transition from being away to falling asleep.

Things like Memoryhouse's 'lately' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_lcZn7SUTI

Was reviewing the new Au Revoir Simone album ( http://drownedinsound.com/releases/17888/reviews/4146919 ) and thinking, 'I want me some more of that'. So what else should I have caress my ears?
