Are there enough records that missed a list to bother making a list?

Great to see Foals, Villagers, Jon Hopkins, James Blake and Mr. Bowie on the Mercury list. If we were to relaunch the Neptune Album Prize (which I've kinda stopped doing because every site seems to have an alt-Mercury since we started doing one...), who would you want to see on it? These New Puritans, Frightened Rabbit, Steve Mason...? Johnny Borrell...? and...?
