My Suede tickets for Friday were apparently posted to me over 10 days ago but still haven't received them. I thought Seetickets would tell me that there's nothing that they can do as they're general admission tickets and were sent normal post and to buy some more. In fact, they just turned them into box office collections. Credit where it's due. I still hate their extortionate booking fees nonetheless.
