Needs to have a pretty punchy opening track or two. My recent go-to favourites:

Pros: Title track makes me bounce around
Cons: Get bored towards the end

Hot Chip - In Our Heads
Pros: Perfect rhythm, especially the way the opener builds
Cons: Cup of tea break possibly comes too early with 'Look At Where We Are'

Broken Social Scene - Broken Social Scene
Pros: I've yet to hear a song more perfectly suited to throwing back the curtains and deciding to DO STUFF than 'Ibi Dreams of Pavement (A Better Day)'
Cons: Too many chilled moments perhaps

Grimes - Visions
Pros: Pretty well-stacked in terms of up-tempo tunes, with a nice warming down section at the end
Cons: Bit whiney to work to, lacks air-punching guitar solos

Fang Island - Fang Island
Pros: Fang Island
Cons: No BEATS despite abundance of awesomeness
