So I bought tickets to Modest Mouse through Ticketmaster, but now the gigs have been cancelled and I'm due a refund.
I've started receiving calls from Ticketmaster that disconnect after one ring. Presumably this is to get me to ring back and incur mega costs on the 0844 number.

The ticketmaster webpage is decidedly unhelpful and does everything it can to steer you away from contacting them, and all the numbers provided are expensive 0844 numbers. So as well as the disappointment about the gig, I'm also being expected to pay for it?

Does anyone know of an email or non-premium number I can contact them on?
