Recommend me some good garagey/psych/lo-fi/alternative guitar albums or bands. I do realise that's a really vague/shit set of parameters.

Just anything loud and scuzzy. I know there's the heavy roller thread but I think that's a little too heavy for my tastes.

I've been really into Ty Segall, Thee Oh Sees, UMO, Dinosaur Jr, Deerhunter, Wavves, Male Bonding, No Age, Trail of Dead, United Fruit, Sebadoh, Metz, etc etc etc lately.

I seem to get drawn to this kinda shit when summer comes round.

If it's name your price download on Bandcamp then even better. Go for it. I'm sure you've got some good 'uns.
