I saw them last night for the second time and I'm not sure I need to go to any gigs anymore.

How do they make what is essentially a car crash sound so glorious? It's like watching a band crash over a waterfall.

My favourite moment was when I saw them the first time and they came on stage and introduced themselves as "The Dead Fucking C, and this is a song that might or might not be Sky" It wasn't. I mentioned this to Bruce Russell last night and he said he was so fucked up at that show that he couldn't remember.

That's kind of how I feel after seeing them. I never remember anything specific but I have the impression that it was completely enthralling throughout. It's the musical equivalent of being drunk.
