1. James Blake's new album is ace (apart from Take a Fall For Me). It sounds so rich, and he's definitely improved as a songwriter. The title track is one of the best songs I've heard this year.

2. I think I'll listen to each of her albums at least once a month until I die.

5. I haven't listened to the new album anywhere near as much as I thought I would've. Maybe now it's sunnier!

6. Phil Elverum is a genius I think. One of the few working musicians I think you could call an auteur. He's created such a unique sound out of lo-fi acoustic folk & death/black metal & ambient soundscapes and stuff. Really intensely personal stuff as well - and he seems like such a lovely guy in interviews/stage persona too.
