Chinese indie rock

Alex-in-Ciderland [Edit] [Delete] 18:03, 14 April '13

Ever wondered what's going on music-wise in the World's most populous country? Me neither until just now, but here's what a cursory search on You Tube revealed...

'Wink' by Hedgehog - Non-sensical lyrics (but everyone loves Pavement, so whatever) and you can't always make them out, but i like the sound of this. They sound like they should have been second support on a Tuesday night at the Hull Adelphi sometime in 1996.

'Glass Walls' by the excellently named Duck Fights Goose - Really don't know how to describe this really, but they'd slot comfortably into any ATP line-up ever.

This song is either called 'Shu'er' 'Jew's Ear' or 'The Tree's Ear', but wither way they appear to be the Chinese Saint Etienne.
