Current annoying trends in music

badmanreturns [Edit] [Delete] 14:40, 12 April '13

Come on, it's Friday afternoon, let's have a bit of a (sweary) moan.

1) The use of 'my dear' and 'my darling' in pop songs a la Mumford, e.g. Ben Fucking Howard and that godawful new Pink song that sounds like it was lifted from some AmDram musical. Obviously meant to sound all sincere and folky but in reality is fucking forced and painful. No one fucking speaks like that it's not the Edwardian era you fucks.

Go!
