Current British Sea Power tour

EndlessWindow [Edit] [Delete] 14:05, 7 April '13

Has anyone else seen them on the current tour here? They're doing a really interesting thing of playing an additional, short set of quieter/rarer stuff before the support band (so last night in Newcastle we got The Land Beyond, Salty Water and Come Wander With Me alongside some new album stuff) as well as their standard full length set.

Got to say, of the four times I've seen them, last night was probably the best: the new album sounds incredible live (Loving Animals and What You Need The Most are just huge), plenty from Rock Music and Decline (including Lately, which is the first time I've ever seen them unleash it), and the gig finale with their new (Bi-Polar) bear is every bit as daft and life affirming as any BSP climax to date.

Just me then, or anyone else reckon they're on a roll right now?
