Does anyone know anything about these - I take it you can download plug ins for them?

The effects I'm particularly interested in are like the one that Thom York from RADIOHEAD uses in Kid A.

You know, the really lethargic energy-less sounding one. Kind of like HAL from 2001 a space odyssey.
