the first full blown studio album by just The Pastels and not anyone else at all in SIXTEEN YEARS is coming out in just three months. i've got a feeling it is going to be amazing.

went to see them at Bush Hall last year. mainly went for The Aislers Set but The Pastels were just about as good and a lot better than what i expected, which was a set of Simply Nothing To Be Done throwbacks. the Tenniscoats/Maher Shalal Hash Baz influence is a lot stronger than even that soundtrack they put out ages ago. all the new songs sounded properly amazing
