Have i just bought a rare record?

Bought The Strokes "The Modern Age"/"Last Nite" 7-inch single in a second hand record shop today for £3. Not on Rough Trade though, it is on XL, so US debut single? Number is BXL024. Comes in a plain white paper sleeve with jukebox hole in the middle.
