this album is WAY underrated, in relation to how say Tilt is. may well be the best thing he has done. i think because it doesn't fit into the muso revision that he went from wide eyed pop idol to brooding serious artist from one album to another. its kind of like Talk Talk's Colour of Spring in that sense (which is the best Talk Talk record imo).
