Poor gig imo. Not that she and her band played badly or anything, but the new songs were delivered under an apologetic cloud of reticence and embarrasment as it clearly can't be much fun playing a bunch of new stuff that your audience still don't (yet?) own and are very unfamiliar with. What the fuck were Universal/Island thinking by sending their artist out on the road to promote an album whose release date was pushed back by two months right at the start of the tour?!! - a crazy crazy crazy decision! - are they in deep financial trouble or something? - will it even be released? - answers please?!!
