"Driving bass" and "syncopated dance rhythms" have been used by the label to describe the latest efforts from experimental pop duo High Places. Originally based in Brooklyn the pair relocated to Los Angeles in 2009. Recorded in their home there, Original Colors is the follow-up to last year's pastoral pop record High Places Vs. Mankind and is due out on October 11th, 2011.
