Funk/Soul/R&B... I have no idea what it is... I really enjoy Stevie Wonder, Funkadelic, James Brown 70s era, Marvin Gaye and Archie and the Drells...

I want to start getting into this type of music, you guys can tell me the genre. But not having lived through this magical time, I have no idea where to start. Is there any kind of direction I can go in to discover this kind of music, or to increase my knowledge in this area?
