Most Underrated Band, Ever
My vote goes to XTC.
Crimally underrated. The fact that only 21 people have rated them on DiS says it all.... They had some fantastic pop songs, and were actually pretty influential. English Settlement is one of my favourite 80's albums, so many good tunes!
And 'Making Plans for Nigel' is one of the best songs ever.
