Okay... I know there's been a lot of Pixies threads round here the last few months, what with that whole reforming thing and all. There's been a lot of people calling "Doolittle" overrated. I deicded to listen to it today for the first time in months, and you know what?

It's still great. I cannot for the life of me see how you can hear something this alternately haunting, invigorating, hilariously funny, joyously brutal and just plain fantastic without being incredibly moved by it. The strangeness of "music taste", eh...
