CD case design.....obviously they thought the flimsyness of cassette tape boxes was so popular, they decided to improve our 'enjoyment'.
(my best CD cases come free with my kids comics e.g. impact resistant blue Johnny Bravo 4 cd holder.)

Other problems include the un-unwrappable ness of plastic round some items...such as CD's tapes or even worse,boxes of condoms.....just when you dontneed to be scrabbling around with short fingernails....."hang on just a minute dear" 5 minutes later she replies "I've got to get up early tomorrow...Goodnight".
