Can anyone enlighten me on this genre? I was having a conversation with a random who was telling me lots about it, but, given the state I was in at the time, I didn't write anything down (unusual) and seem to have forgotten the names of the artists he mentioned.

I'm quite intrigued to learn more as think it would sound amazing.
