All this slagging off of Kasabian,Frattellis,View,Babyshambles,Automatic,kaiser Chiefs etc gets right up my nasal passages.....wanna know why?
well it doesnt seem that long ago when you didnt have the luxury of digital radio,downloads etc and on going to work you had the choice of either a cack local radio station or radio1,by tuning into the likes of Simon Mayo and Simon Bates Jackie Brambles and steve wrights 'comedy hour',you were garanteed nowt but Pete Watermans satanic offerings or some super star DJ like Jive Bunny.Every now and again you might (if you were really lucky) get a blast of the radio edited version of sweet child o mine,to fill your guitar needs.
Now you cant turn around for proper bands on the radio and savvy(ish)dj's and a wide choice of music stations. STOP BEING SPOILT INDIE SNOB BRATS!embrace what is a thriving british music scene and thank the God Fender that most of you werent exposed to some of the aural abuse your 'older folk' had to endure. pah! kids nowadays, theyve never had it so good ;0)
