I used to love this kinda hip hop but, for various reasons, in the last year or two I got so disinterested that I have only tonight heard this record. Is it really as incredible as it sounds right about now?

I and my girlfriend and some mates went out to see some music at the Tate tonight but, through various mini tragedies and personal irritants, we never got there. I got home kinda semi pissed and as my girlfriend was so tired I slumped in front of the laptop with Fishscale. God fuck! what a fucking incredible album, real Wu, real StevieW, Absolutely incredible droney VU track!? - wow. Love. This.

It can't be this good can it? I have just listened to 24 tracks and thought woow, each time a new one came on. Then I listened to it again and thought mmmmmmm, 24 tracks of fucking soul and awesome tunes, loveliness.
