Hello all,

the internet is such now that the minute any music touches somewhere online, it's everywhere within seconds. Irresponsible journalists and staff are leaking their promotional copies and removing the mystique and excitement of awaiting a release date.

The quality of albums is being sacrificed by poor rips and the integrity and possibly future of musicians is being put in jeopardy by sharing leaks of albums.

RANT RANT RANT.

Please, do not use Drowned in Sound to distribute leaks of an album by a band whom we are very fond of, particularly one signed to an independent label who work constantly to bring us great new music, as Wichita does.

It's going to spread, we can't stop that, but this isn't the place to do it.
