Who're the best to come out of yer hometown?

For Londonerns I guess that's the equivalent of who's yer favorite, lucky bastards! For the rest of us we've had to weight through some awful crap to get to the gold. Since I currently reside in two cities I shall take the obnoxious liberty of choosing both.
