Is this rational?

Durutti [Edit] [Delete] 16:15, 5 October '04
There has been debate on and off about whether sport should be mixed up with politics. Should England's cricket team play in Zimbabwe? Should we boycott the Olympics if it is hosted by a repressive regime? Or, should sport be kept seperate? Can it be?
What about music?
An example: I cannot listen to Roxy Music anymore because everytime I do I see Bryan Ferry's cretinous son charging into the Commons with his "I Hate Fucking Foxes, Me" T-shirt on. I loath his son's politics so I don't listen to the man's band. Is this rational? Does it make any sense? Can you like a band for their music even if you hate what individual members or their relatives or friends think/stand for?
