Quote marks no longer appear in (at least the body of posts), as shown below

"This is surrounded by quote marks"

See? This is having the knock on effect of ruining the social board, as we can't quote stupid things that people say without looking like we're saying them ourselves any more. Can this be on the fix-list for when you next have developer time?
