Due to the kind of circumstances that make me want to kill horses with hammers, Saturday's gig at Ipswich Steamboat is now going to be acoustic (ie. without a drummer) and Becky Jago will not be appearing. Come along anyway, me, Mat (guitar) and Spunky (bass) will be playing loads of old Miss Black America stuff we haven't played for ages, it's £2 to get in and there's beer.
Our next full-band Ipswich gig will be at the Steamboat, with The Dawn Parade, on Friday 23rd July.
I'm also doing an acoustic gig with Greg MacDonald on bank holiday Monday (31st May) at the Portland in Cambridge, to raise money for Strawberry Fair. We're doing SPECIAL versions of MBA and Dawn Parade songs and covers and stuff we'll probably never do again, EVER. It's £4 to get in, doors are at 8.
