Get ready to party like it’s 1991 to classic shoegazing sounds from the Velvets to the Valentines to Ulrich Schnauss (plus anything else that’s dark, dreamy and droney) as the SONIC CATHEDRAL once again opens its doors for worship at THE LEGION on THURSDAY APRIL 20. Playing live we have atmospheric Antipodeans HOWLING BELLS (who, in the form of their self-titled debut, have made one of the albums of 2006), otherworldly Geordies GREENSPACE and a rare DJ set from none other than SIMON RAYMONDE of the Cocteau Twins, who is also the boss of Howling Bells' record label, the consistently brilliant Bella Union.
